Cami and Riley were married on the most beautiful June evening at sunset at Apple Blossom Chapel and Gardens. I adore this venue. Kathy and her team are always the most welcoming and professional. Her experience cannot be matched. With Apple Blossom’s breathtaking landscapes, vibrant floral displays, and a tranquil ambiance, this enchanting garden setting set the stage for their intimate celebration. Surrounded by their closest friends and family, Cami and Riley exchanged promises in a picturesque setting that felt like a fairytale come to life.
Prior to arriving to the gardens, we met at the beach on Lake Michigan for Riley and Cami’s first look. The spring in Michigan has been quite hazy from the Canadian wildfires, but the haze made for the prettiest diffused lighting at the beach. The couple chose to read their vows in private and even though they had me playing paparazzi, the crashing of the waves truly gave them full privacy and an intimate moment together.
The couple’s family set up the most adorable charcuterie and dessert table. Cami has a sweet tooth (like I do!) and had the most delicious cupcakes! They were probably one of my top 5 favorites from any wedding and I’ve sampled a lot of cake! They also had a super fun tradition of writing together on every cake so this wedding would not be complete until The Lundy’s was written on the cake. How cute is that! The evening could not be any more perfect. Cami and Riley were the best to work with and they loved taking photos (a photographers dream!!). Please enjoy the look back at their stunning day. I hope I left them with sweet memories to last a lifetime.
