Part 2 of Lauren and Michael’s Golden Isles destination wedding started out at the beautiful Horse Stamp Inn. We had already explored the grounds the previous evening and I had in mind some great locations for photos on their wedding day. The Inn is situated on a gorgeous piece of property in Waverly Georgia. Equally beautiful inside and out, I couldn’t wait to photograph Lauren and Michael all dressed up all over the property. The beautiful Spanish moss tree, where the ceremony would be taking place, was my absolute favorite spot! As beautiful as the venue was, the high humidity and heat gave us some challenges but these two handled every second with such happiness and grace. Thankfully we were able to seek refuge in the inn, though my gear didn’t quite enjoy the bouncing back and forth from cool to hot and humid.

Spending the entire day with this wonderful family was also equally as amazing. Not only were they the most kindest people I’ve met, they also made me feel very much apart of their family while I was there! I’m very much looking forward to spending more time with them at Lauren and Michael’s Michigan reception at the end of August!
