Christina and Lucas’ October wedding is finally here! The day started at St. Michael’s Church in Coopersville. The girls got ready in the classroom where Christina teaches. A discreet first look between Christina and her father was super sweet! They had a beautiful Catholic service, making their union official, surrounded by so many close friends and family.
Photo time with the wedding party always is the best fun of the day and it definitely didn’t disappoint with this group! We ran from bees but enjoyed this beautiful fall day in front of beautiful trees, old red barns, and an amazing soybean field! The bean field was my absolute favorite location of the day and we were able to capture some beautiful portraits with the bride and groom.
The reception was quite the family affair. All of the food was fresh from Christina’s family farm as well as Lucas’ family. Christina planted and harvested all of the potatoes herself! It was fun to see how the two families came together to provide a tasty meal.
Christina and Lucas’ wedding was one to remember. These two definitely deserve to be celebrated and it was very evident in all the details put together with love for this special day!
